Encontremos la casa de sus sueños

"I am starting off by saying buying a house is something serious especially if it’s your first house. So I was very skeptical but Kelsy was very knowledgeable through every process we went through. Every question I had she had an answer or if she didn’t she will do her research. Kelsy gave it to me straight while Natalie was making sure inspections were met. They also kept me calm and back to reality especially when I got overwhelmed. I highly recommend.

"I can’t say enough amazing things about my experience working with Kelsy! From our very first conversation, I knew she was truly invested in helping us find the perfect home. She was always willing to work around our schedule and made the home buying process incredibly smooth and very enjoyable for us. She went above and beyond every step of the way and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone in the area looking to buy or sell a house!

"Kelsy was recommended by a close friend, and she did not disappoint. She started out the gate with professionalism, getting to know my family’s non-negotiables, our wish list, and who we are as decision makers. She stayed true to our interests for the entirety of our house hunt, and she remained patient with promptly coordinating multiple showings with flexibility surrounding my rigid work schedule. Once we finally found the perfect home, Kelsy worked quickly and effectively to draft an unfathomable contract-- On closing day, we paid 5% under the appraised value of our home, and we even got money back in our pockets with her fruitful negotiations. Even after closing, Kelsy remains available to help us navigate owning our new home. We could not be happier, and we owe that to Kelsy. Call her ASAP!
"

"Writing this on our closing day and satisfied isn’t a strong enough word to describe working with Kelsy. From day one she was extremely helpful and patient with my first time homeowner questions. She was there with us every step of the way and answered all of our endless questions; no matter how small, she always expressed that our worries and questions were important to her.

I went from a ball of anxiety to calm and fully trusting of the process due to her reassurance and knowledge. Even when we had last minute issues with our future home (no fault of anyone, a pipe burst wasn’t expected by anyone), she was so thorough with communication, pushed for expedited repairs, and was our assertive voice on the matter.

Whenever we get future orders to our next duty station you can bet we’re calling Kelsy! If you’re not working with her then you’re working against yourself.

A million thank yous again Kelsy, you are the best realtor and a wonderful person!!

"She helped us out so much through our process of buying a house, and she was such a fun person to work with through all this. She never gave up on us finding a house and she even did stuff we weren’t even expecting her to do she’s one of the best people I’ve had help from, she’s funny, kind, sweet, and she took care of us. We really appreciate everything she’s done for us.

"Amazing, Kelsey was very informative during the home buying process. I asked her to be the driving force , with no hesitation she took on the responsibility. The fact that she was prior navy was a plus, since she knew exactly what was required for the VA loan. Great negotiator, who got us unquestionably the best deal possible
"

"If you’re looking for someone who is committed to getting you the best deal possible look no further. I’ve heard how so many people feel stressed when buying their first home, I can honestly say she made the process stress free. Even when things took an unexpected turn and a piped burst right before closing, she made sure things got back on track and squared away. Will forever be grateful. Thank You Kelsey.

"Kelsy was amazing! We were looking for a house in VA from CA. Any house we wanted to look at she made sure to take a detailed video for us and made sure to show us all the good and bad parts of the house. When it came time for signing all the documents she made sure to walk us through all the parts so we understood what we were signing. Additionally, when it came time to put offers in she made sure we were knowledgeable on the market and what would be a competitive offer. Very personable and made sure to help us out in any way she could. Would HIGHLY recommend Kelsy for anyone who is looking to buy a house in the Hampton Roads area!

"I wish I had enough words to describe how phenomenal Kelsy was in my home-buying experience. She is professional, knowledgable, and has an altruistic personality. Not only is she a great agent, but she is an overall great individual. She cares for her people and it shows in everything she does for her customers.

"*TOP KNOTCH REALTOR*

Kelsy Huertas was assigned to us through the Navy Federal Realtor + / Home Purchasing Program. I bought a house without personally seeing it and was very hesitant at first in doing so. Kelsy did an amazing job with introducing, explaining, and following up with us during the entire process. She even went in the crawl space and roof during multiple inspections. She took videos for us to show the neighborhood and the entire house which was extremely helpful. She is a veteran that understands the struggle of PCS’ing and did a phenomenal job assisting us find a home without ever being there. I guaranteed she would have done even better if we were local. I whole heartedly recommend Kelsy Huertas as your realtor.

"Kelsey H. provided excellent customer service. She is highly motivated, courteous, friendly and extremely knowledgeable ... guided us through the process with ease ensuring we were comfortable and thoroughly advised at every turn. We are grateful for all her suggestions given we are first-time buyers. Further, the vendors she suggested for some of the services we required were to notch, to boot. We would not hesitate to recommend Kelsey.

"Kelsy helped me sell my home even when I was ready to give up. She dealt with my non-paying tenant, the clean up, everything you could imagine and more. I gave her the key and the rest was history. Truly a genuine and amazing person and realtor. She heard me, understood me, and met all my needs because I truly felt like my house would never sell.
